EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us!
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery via mail with an original receipt or packing slip for a full refund which will be processed back in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges cannot be processed, only retunes and repurchases.

Want to return your merchandise? No problem!
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at mobcityapparel.com. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange, not including full-price items on promotion. You may return qualifying items via mail for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. The merchandise must be unworn and have all original tickets and/or tags attached.

Please allow 7-10 days upon receiving the merchandise for returns to be processed.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping of returns and unwanted items. All products MUST have original tickets and/or tags attached and merchandise must be unworn.
Gift Card Purchases
All returned orders that used a gift card as payment will be issued a new electronic gift card which will be emailed to you.
We cannot process merchandise exchanges; a new order must be placed on mobcityapparel.com
Used PayPal as the original payment method?
Please contact PayPal as we do not have access to any information.
PayPal returns are processed through our system as standard returns.
Once a return has been processed, it takes 1-2 business days for a return on our end.
We cannot process exchanges using PayPal. Please return your items, and place another order online for your new items.
All returns paid using PayPal are refunded back to the original PayPal account.
